Позитивная международная оценка на заявление премьер-министра Квирикашвили

Международное сообщество дало позитивную оценку заявлению премьер-министра Грузии Георгия Квирикашвили, сделанному в пятницу, в котором он призвал Россию выйти из порочного круга в отношениях с Грузией. Заявление сформулировано в примирительных формулировках и предлагает прямые переговоры с властями сепаратистских Абхазии и Южной Осетии.

В ответом заявлении, опубликованном 12 марта 2018 на официальном веб-сайте МИД России говорится: "Нельзя не приветствовать также декларируемое стремление к прямому диалогу с Абхазией и Южной Осетией. Именно таков единственный реальный путь к урегулированию волнующих Грузию вопросов, выходящих за рамки двусторонней российско-грузинской повестки".

В самой же Грузии мнение о заявлении премьер-министра разделилось примерно на партийных линиях между сторонниками Грузинской мечты и Альянсом патриотов Грузии, которые поддержали его, и активистами ЕНД и Европейский путь Грузии, которые выступили против.

The talks come the day after both attended a summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in the nearby Chinese city of Tianjin, and the day before a grand Chinese military parade in Beijing to mark the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II.
