Подготовка к встрече Алиева и Саргсяна

Во вторник вечером (11 июля), под эгидой сопредседателей стран-участниц Минской группы ОБСЕ (Франция, Россия и США), в Брюсселе состоялась встреча министров иностранных дел Армении и Азербайджана.

Согласно дипломатическим источникам, основное обсуждение было сосредоточено на подготовке к встрече между президентами двух стран. Понятно, что дипломаты Минской группы представили свои предложения двум министрам иностранных дел. Было решено, что в сентябре в рамках Генеральной Ассамблеи ООН состоится очередной раунд обсуждений.

Последняя встреча президента Азербайджана Ильхама Алиева и президента Армении Сержа Саргсяна состоялась в июне 2016 года в Санкт-Петербурге с акцентом на пути продвижения мирного урегулирования нагорно-карабахского конфликта.
