ОДКБ готовится к проведению учений с Коллективными авиационными силами

В ходе своей пресс-конференции во вторник начальник Объединённого штаба ОДКБ генерал-полковник Анатолий Сидоров сообщил, что Организация Договора о коллективной безопасности (ОДКБ), возглавляемая Россией, проведет учения совместных военно-воздушных сил.

"В этом году мы проведем учение с Коллективными авиационными силами", - сказал Анатолий Сидоров.

Учения Коллективных авиационных сил ОДКБ планируется провести в октябре-ноябре 2018 года в Центрально-Азиатском регионе.

Во время учений силы будут выполнять задачи по передислокации воинских контингентов в другие районы.

ОДКБ сейчас создает совместный центр управления, которому будет поручено планирование переброски сил. Он отметил, что в этом году учения «Боевое братство» будут проводиться в четырех государствах-членах ОДКБ.

Отвечая на вопрос о нагорно-карабахском конфликте, генерал-полковник Сидиров сказал, что Армения, в отличие от Нагорного Карабаха, является членом ОДКБ, и в результате у ОДКБ есть определенные обязательства перед Ереваном. "Граждане Армении должны быть уверены в том, что ОДКБ не оставит их в беде", - добавил Сидоров.

Генерал-полковник Сидоров сказал, что армяно-азербайджанские отношения довольно напряженные, но "не настолько, чтобы Армения и Азербайджан отнимали друг у друга столицы".

Анатолий Сидоров подчеркнул, что ОДКБ не имеет права вмешиваться в конфликт без обращения за помощью страны-члена организации, которая является участником этого конфликта.

"The skies are calm, the guns are silent, the sirens are still and the sun rises on a Holy Land that is finally at peace," Trump told the Knesset, Israel's parliament, saying a "long nightmare" for both Israelis and Palestinians was over.
