Лавров доволен

Министр иностранных дел России Сергей Лавров выразил удовлетворение подписанием соглашения о прекращении карабахской войны лидерами России, Армении и Азербайджана. Сегодня утром Лавров разговаривал по телефону со своим азербайджанским коллегой.

Лавров сегодня утром также говорил по телефону с министром иностранных дел Турции Мевлютом Чавишоглу. Есть некоторая путаница в отношении того, какую роль, если такова будет, Турция будет играть в мониторинге соглашения и работы миротворческих сил, при этом Азербайджан заявляет, что турецкое присутствие будет, но Армения отрицает это.

Тем временем пресс-секретарь президента России Дмитрий Песков подтвердил, что две другие страны-сопредседатели Минского процесса ОБСЕ, Франция и США, не участвовали в переговорах или соглашении.

«Это трехстороннее заявление», - сказал Песков, отвечая на вопрос, участвовали ли США и Франция в достижении договоренностей по Карабаху.
