Армения сообщает об инциденте на международной границе с Азербайджаном

Уже во второй раз на этой неделе армянские военные источники сообщают об инциденте на международной границе Армения-Азербайджан.

Армянские СМИ, со ссылкой на военные источники, сообщили, что поздно вечером в четверг (12 апреля) азербайджанские военные открыли огонь по гражданскому грузовому транспортному средству в городе Баганис, в Тавушской области Армении. Баганис - город с населением менее тысячи человек, расположенный на северо-востоке Армении, недалеко от границы с Азербайджаном. Аналогичные инциденты были зарегистрированы в 2016 году.

Информационное агентство «Арменпресс» цитирует слова сельского старосты Баганиса Нарека Саакяна: "Инцидент произошел в районе 22:30 12-го апреля, научастке Баганис-Воскепар трассы Иджеван-Ноемберян. Машина двигалась, до огневой точки противника на этом участке - 500-600 метров, они имеют возможность стрелять прицельно. Выстрелом повреждено ветровое стекло грузовика компании «Спайка». С водителем ничего не случилось. Он доехал до села, остановился здесь, затем продолжил дорогу".

Это уже второй случай, зарегистрированный в этом районе на этой неделе. Ранее, 9 апреля, сообщалось об инциденте, приведший к гибели скота.

Армянские вооруженные силы утверждают, что ответные выстрелы были произведены с армянской стороны в четверг. Однако министерство обороны Азербайджана отрицает данные сообщения.

По словам политического редактора Commonspace.eu, город Баганис находится далеко от зоны нагорно-карабахского конфликта, где ежедневно между армянскими и азербайджанскими силами происходят инциденты. Ситуация на международной границе обычно спокойна, не в последнюю очередь из-за того, что любые инциденты на международной границе вдали от зоны конфликта могут быстро вовлечь в конфликт внешние силы. Россия, которая является военным союзником Армении, дала понять, что любое нарушение государственной границы она будет воспринимать как агрессию против ее союзника и члена Организации Договора о коллективной безопасности. По этой причине вопрос очень чувствительный. Однако на местах азербайджанские военные позиции смотрят на важную дорогу, соединяющий северную часть Армении с остальной частью страны. Раньше вблизи Баганиса уже происходили инциденты, но обстоятельства, как и в этом случае, были предметом спекуляций.

Germany accuses Russia of cyberattacks and disinformation campaign

The German government holds Russia responsible for a cyberattack on German air traffic control, and for targeted disinformation campaigns before the last federal election. According to the German Foreign Office in Berlin, the incidents could be clearly attributed to the Russian military intelligence service, the GRU. In response, the Russian ambassador to Berlin was summoned to the Foreign Ministry. "We have been observing a massive increase in threatening hybrid activities by Russia for some time now," a spokesperson for the Foreign Ministry stated. These range from disinformation campaigns and espionage to cyberattacks and sabotage attempts. The aim is to divide society, sow distrust, and undermine confidence in democratic institutions. The spokesperson added that with these actions, Russia is "very concretely threatening our security, not only through its war of aggression against Ukraine, but also here in Germany."  The Foreign Ministry spokesperson explained that the cyberattack on air traffic control in August 2024 was clearly attributed to the hacker collective "APT28," known as "Fancy Bear," and to the responsibility of the Russian military intelligence service, the GRU. Furthermore, it could now be "conclusively stated" that Russia had attempted "to influence and destabilize both the last Federal election and the ongoing internal affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany." There was "absolutely irrefutable evidence" for this". The so-called "Storm 1516" campaign, which has been running since 2024, is allegedly backed by "reliable information" that the Moscow-based think tank "Center for Geopolitical Expertise" is behind it. The Center is also said to be supported by Russian military intelligence. Its primary aim is to influence democratic elections in the West. (Click the image to read more).
