Абашидзе: "В Праге выявилась серьезная разница в позициях"

В Праге состоялась встреча Спецпредставителя премьер-министра Грузии по вопросам урегулирования отношений с РФ Зураба Абашидзе с заместителем министра иностранных России Григорием Карасиным.

В телефонном разговоре с Общественным телевидением Грузии Зураб Абашидзе сообщил, что в начале встречи он по своей инициативе задал вопрос о возмутительных процессах на оккупированных территориях Грузии, однако не получил ответа.

"Также, я обратил внимание на факт незаконного открытия таможенного пункта в Ахалгори. Такие заявления я делаю по своей инициативе. Когда с моей стороны обычно делаются такие заявления, Карасин отвечает, что эти вопросы нужно рассматривать в Женевском формате", - говорит Зураб Абашидзе.

Главной причиной же разногласий на встрече в Праге стало соглашение о таможенном мониторинге, подписанное между странами в 2011 году.

"В Праге выявилась серьезная разница в позициях. Подтвердилось, что российская сторона абсолютно неприемлемо интерпретирует соглашение о таможенном мониторинге", - приводит слова Абашидзе издание Грузия Онлайн.

Israel’s isolation is increasing as twenty eight countries including the United Kingdom and a majority of Member States of the European Union issued a joint statement on Monday 21 July saying the war in Gaza “must end now” and condemning Israel over 'inhumane killing' of Gaza civilians seeking aid. The foreign ministers of countries, also including Australia, Canada, the Netherlands, France, Italy and Japan, said “the suffering of civilians in Gaza has reached new depths.” The statement described as “horrifying” the recent deaths of over 800 Palestinians who were seeking aid, according to the figures released by Gaza’s Health Ministry and the U.N. human rights office.
