I-е Европейские игры объявлены открытыми!

Как передает новостное агентство Тренд, президент Азербайджана Ильхам Алиев объявил первые Европейские игры в Баку открытыми.

«Я объявляю первые Бакинские Европейские игры открытыми», - сказал глава государства.

На Бакинском Олимпийском стадионе собрались 68 тысяч зрителей. Для организации церемонии было привлечено более 300 творческих коллективов из 28 стран и 1000 человек из 34 стран.

Среди гостей официальные представители различных государств, включая президента Турции Реджепа Тайипа Эрдогана, России - Владимира Путина, Беларуси - Александра Лукашенко, а также президенты Туркменистана, Таджикистана, Сербии, Черногории. В церемонии открытия также принимают участие премьер-министры различных государств и другие официальные лица.

Европейские игры продлятся до 28 июня. Более шести тысяч спортсменов со всех концов Европы будут представлять свои страны на протяжении 17 дней соревнований.

LINKS Europe has successfully completed the first phase of its project to develop the Armenia-Azerbaijan dialogue as part of its commitment within the EU4Peace III programme, funded by the European Union. In this first phase, which lasted from September 2024 to April 2025, LINKS Europe conducted an assessment of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations and mobilised the personnel necessary for delivering the project output. LINKS Europe Foundation is pleased to announce the names of the chairs/co-chairs of the five thematic groups within the initiative.
