2nd Session of the Euronest Parliamentary Assembly which starts in Baku Tuesday, with the participation of Armenian MPs, is an important step in EU-South Caucasus relations and contributes to political dialogue in the region.

After five years of negotiations the two sides have agreed on the text of a 1000 page agreement that will form the basis of their co-operation in the future.
